Information obtained from a Geotechnical investigation provides essential data about existing soil conditions. The information is used to minimize the structural design, provide long-term assurance of a solid foundation and minimizing construction material cost. We provide comprehensive subsurface investigations, conclusions and recommendations related to foundation or earth retention system installation. Our typical geotechnical investigation involves evaluating soil and groundwater conditions through soil borings, test pits, and/or monitoring wells. Samples are tested in our laboratory and design recommendations are presented in report form. |
